An Update on the Home to Be

I left work a little early today to meet with the guy that was going to inspect our potential new home. All in all it was a rather smooth process and of all the things that could be wrong or things that could appear negative on the report, the only real item that we found was a door that did not close very well. To be honest I was very excited for the news and was glad to hear that the home was in excellent condition. Although I will admit that after spending a little more time in the home then I did the first time that I was there that I realized that the color scheme is just not going to work out for us and we will need to try to paint sooner then later.

Speaking of Painting we stopped Benjamin Moore a few days ago and have started the process of picking out colors that we think will work well. I think that we will try to paint the house ourselves soliciting the help of my Dad and Grandpa to get the job done.
