Cross your Fingers for the New House

We made on offer on a house in Lehi a few weeks ago and have been in the middle of the never ending process of "closing" Who knew that it was such a pain in the butt? I think that I have signed my name on more "who really knows what this means" documents in the last few weeks then I have my entire life. Nevertheless we are nearing the end, and I think that I can see the light in the end of the tunnel. With the appraisal under our belt and the inspection scheduled for tomorrow we are feeling good about things. Although I might complain about the process we are very grateful that we found something that will work for us and that we are able to get into a home right out of the gate.

If any of you love the mint green in the living room or the sunshine yellow in the kitchen I am very sorry because it will be the first thing to go. Katie has already dragged my to the paint store and has assured me that painting will be a top priority.
